Shipping And Handling Single items have a charge of £2.29. Free delivery is available when spending over £90.00 ex vat. This appiles to all UK deliveries-excluding Eire. We aim to despatch goods within three-five working days using Royal Mail or Business Post- allow up to seven working days for delivery. We can also offer a next working day delivery in the UK if the order is received by midday Monday to Friday. The cost is £9.95. Friday orders delivered Monday. Highlands, N.Ireland and UK Islands may take an extra day. This express service is not available to the Channel Islands. Our P&P charges includes packaging, handling and free delivery insurance, in addition to postal costs which we pay direct to Royal Mail on your behalf.

Delivery is available Worldwide. The delivery charge is £13.95. All orders received from outside the UK(including Eire) are subject to a delivery charge. We aim to despatch goods within 3-5 working days-subject to availability(allow 5-7 working days for books and toys):allow up to seven-ten working days for delivery by International Carrier or Royal Mail Air Mail First Class.
Any product which has to be returned for whatever reason is returned at the expense of the customer.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card or cheque will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

a.we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered

b.we do not deliver to your area:or

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and we will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card or paid by cheque as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order.
